Community Impact & Partnership Transparency
Cognitive State Systems LLC may develop approved nonprofit campaigns, sponsored cohorts, community activations, and strategic partnerships. No future organization is automatically covered by the AYUDA terms. Each implementation requires its own written authorization and exact public rules before promotion or payment.
Permanent partnership standard
Before any nonprofit, sponsor, or strategic relationship is presented publicly, the governing record must state the participating organizations, approved identity and logo use, exact benefit or contribution formula, eligible transactions or participants, exclusions, dates, refund or dispute treatment, payment or fulfillment timing, accounting, reporting, and required legal disclosures.
Independence and endorsement boundary
A partnership, campaign, or contribution does not imply that the external organization endorses medical, scientific, commercial, or performance claims beyond its written approval. Cognitive State Systems LLC must not imply approval, affiliation, or use of an organization's identity beyond the authorization granted.
Separate purchase and contribution
When a participant purchases a Cognitive State Systems LLC product or service and the company separately makes a contribution, the participant must be told clearly who receives the purchase payment, who makes the contribution, how the amount is calculated, and whether the purchase itself is a charitable donation.
Current AYUDA implementation
During the campaign period, Cognitive State Systems LLC will contribute $77.70 to AYUDA for each eligible enrollment in the $777 SATA-CODA™ 77-Day Immersive Protocol.
AYUDA purchase and contribution
The participant purchases access to SATA-CODA™ from Cognitive State Systems LLC. The participant does not pay an additional charitable surcharge, and the enrollment payment is not a direct charitable donation to AYUDA. Direct donations may be made through AYUDA's official website.
Eligible AYUDA enrollment
An eligible enrollment is a completed purchase that clears payment processing, is not fraudulent, and is not later refunded, reversed, or charged back. Cognitive State Systems LLC does not offer voluntary refunds. Stripe Managed Payments or applicable law may still require or issue a refund in limited circumstances. A refunded, reversed, or charged-back purchase does not create an AYUDA contribution obligation.
AYUDA contribution timing
Cognitive State Systems LLC will complete final campaign accounting and make payment to AYUDA within 30 days after the campaign closes. Records will be maintained by Cognitive State Systems LLC.
AYUDA-approved community-impact description
Enrollments will support the cost of the elder's weekly social and exercise programs which provide positive thinking, bonding, stretching, flexibility, dance, art, music preventing their isolation, loneliness, and depression.
Dual-role disclosure
Gil Cohen serves as a member of AYUDA's Board of Directors and is also the founder of Cognitive State Systems LLC. AYUDA does not collect SATA-CODA™ enrollment payments. Cognitive State Systems LLC maintains the campaign accounting and makes the contribution.
