Enrollment Terms
These terms govern purchase and access to the SATA-CODA™ 77-Day Immersive Protocol. By purchasing, you confirm that you have reviewed these terms, the Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and Campaign Transparency disclosure.
Product and price
SATA-CODA™ is a structured 77-day educational human-performance experience. One-time enrollment is $777 unless a different authorized offer is shown at checkout.
Educational nature
The experience is educational and experiential. It is not medical care, psychological treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, or a guarantee of results. Individual experiences vary.
Access and responsibilities
Access is for the authorized participant only. You are responsible for account credentials, appropriate device and internet access, honest use of progress tools, and choosing whether a practice is suitable for you. Do not share, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, record, or distribute protected content except where written permission is provided.
Payment and refunds
Payment is processed by Stripe. Cognitive State Systems LLC does not offer voluntary refunds. Exceptions may apply where required by law, for duplicate or fraudulent charges, or when Stripe issues a refund under Managed Payments. Read the complete Refund Policy.
AYUDA campaign
The participant purchases SATA-CODA™ from Cognitive State Systems LLC. The purchase is not a direct charitable donation. The company separately makes the stated AYUDA contribution for each eligible enrollment under the published campaign terms.
Availability and changes
We may reasonably update delivery methods, correct errors, protect security, or improve the experience while preserving the core purchased offering. Temporary interruption does not create a guaranteed right to a refund unless required by law or stated by Stripe.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the experience is provided without guaranteed outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
