Refund Policy
SATA-CODA™ is a digital educational experience. Cognitive State Systems LLC does not offer voluntary refunds after purchase.
Limited exceptions
An exception may apply where required by applicable law, for a confirmed duplicate or fraudulent charge, or when Stripe issues a refund under its Managed Payments terms. Stripe may contact Cognitive State Systems LLC for input and may make its own determination under the payment service terms.
Access and contribution consequences
When a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, access may be terminated. The purchase does not create an AYUDA contribution obligation.
Billing questions
Use the flagship contact form promptly if you believe a charge is duplicate, fraudulent, or incorrect. Do not submit complete card numbers or sensitive financial information.
Important: A “no voluntary refunds” policy does not eliminate non-waivable consumer rights, card-network disputes, chargebacks, or refunds that Stripe may issue under Managed Payments.
