Information you choose to provide
The optional contact form collects your name, email address, message, consent confirmation, and the page source. We use this information to respond, maintain appropriate business records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
Information processed automatically
Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, browser information, and security signals. This flagship does not intentionally use advertising trackers or behavioral advertising cookies.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Formspree processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to the designated Cognitive State Systems LLC inbox. Stripe separately processes checkout and payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. The Executive Cognitive Audit™ may operate on a separate property with its own notice.
Marketing
Submitting the contact form does not enroll you in an Apollo sequence or marketing list. Marketing outreach is managed separately. You may opt out of commercial email at any time.
Retention and security
We retain contact information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. No security or privacy system is absolute. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
